Boys Varsity Track · Panthers Compete Well in First Indoor Meet

On Saturday Panther Track competed in the first Hoosier State Relays (HSR) qualifier at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Top performers for the Panthers were Garrett Anglemeyer winning the shot put with a a distance of 45′ 4.5″, Landon Parker winning the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.22 seconds, Bronson Yoder finishing second in long jump with a distance of 22′ 1.25″, and Garrett Miller finished 3rd in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.31 seconds. Our athletes are competing with athletes from 4A, 5A and 6A schools from around the state for an opportunity to participate in the HSR finals on March 23rd at Indiana University. The boys team will compete again on March 9th at PFW for the second round of qualifying.
