It was Teacher Appreciation Night at the Ballpark. NorthWood seniors took time to recognize a teacher that has impacted their time at NorthWood. NorthWood Student Council provided food for the teachers at the game as well. From the NorthWood Baseball family… thank you to all NW faculty and staff!

Now on to the game! Panthers defeated Wawasee 7-0 on Monday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout.

Alec Holcomb got the win for NorthWood. He allowed three hits and zero runs over six innings, striking out six. Cripe threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen striking out one.

NorthWood Panthers got things started in the second inning when Brock Miller singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs. Brock Miller would finish with 3 RBIs on the night.

NorthWood Panthers secured the victory thanks to four runs in the sixth inning. NorthWood Panthers big inning were led by walks by Sawyer Warren, Brant Mast, and Matt Dutkowski and a single by Brock Miller.

NorthWood Panthers scattered six hits in the game. Brock Miller and Kyler Hauptli all managed multiple hits.
