NorthWood Senior Night was a success as they defeated Warsaw 6-0 on Wednesday.

NorthWood Panthers got things moving in the first inning, when two sacrifice bunt attempts turned into bunt for hits. Payton Bear hit into a fielder’s choice that would score one run. A Hunter Warren single would score another and NorthWood would close the inning up 3 after a sac fly by Kyler Hauptli.

Matt Dutkowski was credited with the victory for NorthWood. He went six innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out three and walking zero. Dutkowski, who could’ve gone for the complete game shutout, passed the ball to Senior Preston King. King threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Senior Brant Mast led NorthWood Panthers with two hits in four at bats. Senior Payton Bear would lead the team with 2 runs driven in.
