NorthWood Panthers JV cruised to an easy victory over Northridge 12-4 on Friday
NorthWood Panthers JV got things moving in the first inning. Josh Stratford doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

NorthWood Panthers JV scored four runs in the fifth inning. NorthWood Panthers JV batters contributing to the big inning included Kyle Sellers, Jacob Raasch, and Jack Wysong, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Nate Newcomer was the winning pitcher for NorthWood Panthers JV. He surrendered two runs on three hits over four innings, striking out eight. Beau Stankovich threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Huffman took the loss for Northridge. He allowed six hits and five runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out five.

NorthWood Panthers JV scattered 15 hits in the game. Wysong, Sellers, Raasch, and Stratford each racked up multiple hits for NorthWood Panthers JV. Wysong went 4-for-5 at the plate to lead NorthWood Panthers JV in hits.

Northridge collected seven hits on the day. Christner and Martin each managed multiple hits for Northridge. Northridge stole five bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Christner led the way with two.
